4.) Lake Huron

In 1913, Lake Huron hosted the deadliest storm to ever hit the Great Lakes: an extratropical cyclone—something much like a blizzard and a hurricane—which killed 187 people and sank 8 ships. Like Lake Michigan, some of the boats caught in the storm were never found.
