New Accessory Changes Rod & Tool Storage

May 2022 News

There's a reason why SeaSucker's logo is an octopus: there isn't much it can't hold. It's the same with its new Pro Series Rod & Tool Kit. The two-piece accessory mounts quickly without drilling holes and secures virtually every piece of gear needed while fishing. Designed for hardcore anglers, it's also the perfect solution for powerboaters and sailors who occasionally want to drop a line, but not install something permanent.

The two sections attach to any clean, dry surface using the integrated SeaSucker 4.5" Vacuum Mounts. Unlike a mere suction cup that loses holding power as soon as it's applied, each mount is rated for an astounding 120 lbs. The upper Pro Series Rod & Tool Kit portion uses one Vacuum Mount while the lower section is secured with two.

Because of its compact size, the Pro Series Rod & Tool Kit is ideal for small boats. It can quickly be moved to different onboard locations as needed and the two sections are easy to stow.

The top of the Pro Series Rod & Tool Kit has three large holes to accommodate rods. Knife slots are to the rear for safety. Far more useful than a tool caddy, it has spots for pliers, dehookers, snips, lures, hooks, kitchen utensils and small items that need to be within arm's reach. Mounted underneath, the bottom section secures standard size rods and has removable locking pins for long-handled models.

The Pro Series Rod & Tool Kit is manufactured from UV-stabilized white or black HDPE. With 316 stainless steel hardware, it's built to last in the harshest marine environment, even when left exposed 24/7.

Using the device is as simple as placing the kit where it's needed and securing the Vacuum Mounts by pumping their integrated power buttons. Removal is just as simple and makes decluttering a deck a snap. The SeaSucker Pro Series Rod & Tool Kit costs $199.
