Rep. Derek Kilmer (WA-6) to Speak at Boat Owners Association of The United States Town Hall Aug. 8

On Thursday, August 8, Boat Owners Association of The United States (BoatUS), together with the Northwest Marine Trade Association (NMTA) and the National Association of Marine Manufacturers (NMMA) are co-hosting a recreational boater's town hall event featuring special guest Rep. Derek Kilmer (WA-06) who will be speak on recreational boating issues important to Washington state boaters and the recreational marine industry.

The discussion will highlight issues that impact recreational boating including boating access, safety, environment, workforce development and federal permitting challenges. A question-and-answer session will follow the remarks, and recreational boaters and staff from local marine businesses are encouraged to participate.
