New & Improved

A look at how Tiara is evolving

I have a great respect for incremental improvement, and I've done that sort of thing in my life, but I've always been attracted to the more revolutionary changes. I don't know why. Because they're harder. They're much more stressful emotionally. And you usually go through a period where everybody tells you that you've completely failed

Over the past decade we’ve learned to expect continual improvement. It’s hard not to after the seemingly endless procession of iPhones, Macbooks, and social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. We are literally living in a whole new world thanks to such revolutionary changes. However, just because we’ve experienced so much change already doesn’t mean there isn’t more to come.

Boating is still experiencing its own revolution thanks to hard-working experts who are shaping the luxuries that still await us. The Tiara team alone has proven what exceptional things can happen as a talented group of people work to provide an extraordinary experience for boaters and their families.

“Tiara Sport is the first boat builder to bring together so many zones of entertainment, luxury, and innovation,” stated Dwayne Stone, sales manager at Walstrom Marine. “But they never deviate from their known heritage and unmatched reputation of ride and performance. Ask anyone around the Great Lakes and you’ll hear the same name again and again. Once you have experienced the Tiara difference, your boating standards and perception of the build are changed forever.”

This all proves especially true with the new Tiara Sport 34 LX and the Tiara Sport 38 LS.

The Tiara Sport 34 LX

Are you looking for a sporty boat with the power to perform with key amenities to keep your family and friends comfortable? Tiara proves you can have it all with its innovative 34 LX, the first Luxury Crossover from the Tiara Sport brand.

The 34 LX takes every inch of space and uses it to its advantage with ample and transformative cockpit seating. This provides you with the ability to enlarge or reduce the cockpit size based on the needs of those on board. A centerline walk thru with hand holds, ensure safety at all times, and leads to a comfortable and plush bow. And since you can never have enough small storage space, the bow compartments provide just enough room to safely store your snacks and other loose items.

It’s not just the extra space that makes the bow a perfect place to host your party. Wrap-around seating and the detailed upholstery stitching will have your guests stretched out and relaxing in the sun in style. Also, a bow table hidden under the seat gives you the ability to picnic at a moment’s notice then easily dismantle it when you’re done.

The helm chair is adjustable, allowing the captain to adjust it back and forward as desired to increase visibility. Garmin marine navigation systems will keep you on track during your travels and complement the Yamaha gauge package, providing intuitive and functional ease of use. Additionally, JL Audio’s stereo system will keep you and your guests entertained for hours and the twin Yamaha 350’s make it impossible not to have a blast as you power through waves. The creation of the Tiara Sport 34 LX highlights the brand’s innovative mindset and attention to detail.

The Tiara 38 LS

Innovations don’t have to start from scratch to be revolutionary. Sometimes innovations take an already great idea and make it greater. The new optional power package on the Tiara Sport 38 LS are sure to rock the boating industry.

The Tiara Sport 38 LS revolutionizes the boating industry with a helm-to-prop solution and the combination of Seven Marine’s outboards and Volvo Penta’s Electronic Vessel Control (EVC).

This optional package for the Tiara Sport 38 LS features twin Seven 527hp 6.2-liter V8 outboards with Volvo Penta DuoProp drives.

This package comes with a combination of Volvo Penta’s Easy Boating features, including joystick driving and docking, enhanced helm station with Glass Cockpit, dynamic positioning, autopilot-joystick integration and Easy Connect remote connectivity, all tied together by Volvo Penta’s EVC platform.

At the Miami Boat Show, Tom Slikkers President and CEO of Tiara Yachts and Tiara Sport, unveiled the new package deal alongside Director of Marketing and Communications, “You guys have seen all kinds of boats out there that have outboard engines on the back. There is only one boat in the show that can deliver what we’re delivering today and it has this package as a result of the relationship we have with Volvo Penta.”

This optional package highlights the outstanding innovations that can be achieved through the teamwork of high-profile manufacturers, each with their own perfected product. The Tiara Sport 38 LS, already a beloved boat, is now making an even bigger splash with consumers.

“Tiara Sport, especially the 38 LS and my personal favorite, is the reinterpretation of luxury sport yachting, a combination of sophistication with the demands of day yachting,” said Stone. “I invite customers all the time to ‘Try it, you’ll see, and you’ll like it.’ It also helps that these boats are manufactured right here in the Midwest, in Holland, Mich. There are just so many choices for destinations with this boat and I can’t imagine going in anything classier than a Tiara Sport.”

More To Come

This era of innovation is hardly over. It truly appears as if manufacturers are only just getting started. Like Steve Jobs, we are continually impressed, not just by small changes, but also the major advancements that companies like Tiara Sport are making with the introduction of boats such as the Tiara Sport 34LX and the Tiara Sport 38 LS.
