Door open for smallmouth bass

Sister Bay - Waves barely roiled the surface of Green Bay. The wind, out of the east at perhaps 10 mph, was blocked by the spine of Door County.

And although Bill Schultz wasn't paddling, his kayak was moving as surely as tourists were eating ice cream at Wilson's in nearby Ephraim.
