Bayham is seeking permission to dredge the harbour at Port Burwell as it weighs whether to get into the dredging business itself. Either way, Project Ojibwa, to bring a decommissioned Canadian submarine of that name to the Lake Erie harbour as a new tourist attraction, is expected to benefit. |
