IJC to expand scope of study on changing water levels in Great Lakes

Great Lakes Seaway News reports that the International Joint Commission (IJC), the binational body set up by the Boundary Waters Treaty of 1909 to prevent or resolve disputes between Canada and the US concerning their shared boundary waters, has decided to expand the scope of a study on the possible impacts of changing water levels on the upper Great Lakes.
