Marina in Salem sold for $2.3M
He was the longtime president of Salem South Coastwatch, an environmental group, and has served as both president and chairman of The Salem Partnership, a key player in the redevelopment of Salem Harbor. Until Monday, he was the owner of Hawthorne Cove Marina on White Street. Vickers sold the 110-slip marina to Brewer Yacht Yards of New York for $2.3 million, according to records at the Southern Essex Registry of Deeds.
