'Transient marina' resurfaces
He supports the incumbent mayor's proposal for a downtown marina, but Rick Limoges questions whether Eddie Francis is the right man to do it given the current council's "abysmal" record managing Windsor's only existing municipal marina. "As it is now, the city has done an abysmal job with the marina in the east end -- it's virtually vacant and falling apart," he said. Lakeview Park Marina is "an eyesore and an embarrassment," added the chief challenger for the mayor's job.
