SAGINAW TWP., MI — In-line skaters, bicyclists and joggers will walk and roll over water once workers build a steel and concrete pedestrian span above the Tittabawassee River by November, the Saginaw County Road Commission says. The $688,000, 387-foot-long bridge will stand next to a $3.1 million rebuilt concrete vehicle bridge that reopened to traffic in July, said Road Commission Engineer Ryan P. Whiteherse.
