Boaters will be asked to help pay for Muskegon Lake research
MUSKEGON, MI -- Recreational boaters using Muskegon Lake through the city of Muskegon launch ramps will be asked to help keep the lake clean and environmentally safe. The Muskegon City Commission this week approved a program in which those purchasing annual launch ramp stickers will be asked if they'd make a voluntary contribution to the Muskegon Lake Research Fund.
