Recreational boaters in Ottawa can expect tougher testing to get their pleasure craft operator card later this year. In the late fall, Transport Canada will be making tests to acquire the card more difficult and create the questions themselves instead of having them created by private providers. For those who take the exam online, they will now also have to complete a study guide before taking the test. |
