BAY CITY, MI — Downtown Bay City resembled a hectic metropolis Thursday afternoon. Around the time of the first tall ships' arrival at 2 p.m., parking was at a premium, restaurants were filled with patrons and public areas, including Third Street Waterfall Park, were packed with thousands of spectators waiting for the tall ships to arrive. Local restaurants and shops were busy with customers, as well. |
