The Fox River Ducky Derby will be held July 24th 2010 beginning at palisades and ending at Appleton Yacht Club time is 3pm. This years Derby will be held in conjunction with the park to park paddle. This association’s sole purpose is to attempt to raise funds to help provide and improve safe navigation on the Fox River for a limited time until those aforesaid official entities become active to provide a safe and secure environment for navigation.

We again are looking for donations to make this event a successful one. Donations can be Made out to Oshkosh power squadron Re: FRDDA and mailed to 929 W. Brewster St. Appleton WI 54914 Jill Long We need prizes and/or cash to make this successful.

Funds raised will be used for expenses related to and associated with those things necessary to provide safe river passage BEGINNING at the Menasha Lock and going north to the DePere Lock. Some examples of these kinds of expenses can include, but not be limited to, purchases or maintenance of: buoys, ground tackle, lights, day markers, storage facilities, repairs, and/or the vessels and equipment
