Cleveland, OH - After a four-year hiatus, the Tall Ships Festival returned to the Port of Cleveland Wednesday. It kicked off with the Parade of Sail, where 13 large ships, each with a unique background, entered the port. The event, which runs through Sunday, last took place in 2006. It takes place every three to four years in Cleveland and had previously been presented by IMG Expositions. But Susan Schwartz, marketing and public relations chairwoman for the event, said the ships almost did not return for 2010.
