As a native Clevelander, I have lived near Lake Erie all my life. In fact, I can see the lake from my living room window, and looking out at it each evening, Janet and I see a stunning new landscape painted by the master. But Ohio's hundreds of lakes, along with 7,000 miles of rivers and streams, aren't just for looks. They provide a habitat to countless species of wildlife and are a vital resource for tourism, recreation and my favorite sport: fishing. |
