University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee officials are set to announce Thursday that the new School of Freshwater Sciences will split its operations between the harbor and a site south of downtown. Most of the school's labs and classrooms apparently will be at an expanded UWM's Great Lakes WATER Institute, which overlooks the harbor at 600 E. Greenfield Ave. |
