The overflow crowd that jammed the Muskegon Community College’s Collegiate Hall Tuesday night to hear about the state’s work in regulating offshore wind farms was supportive of the idea. Wireless audience voting equipment showed 62 percent of those participating in the Michigan Great Lakes Wind Council’s Muskegon meeting Tuesday favored the concept of offshore wind farms, with 32 percent opposing. |
