In December, I posted an entry discussing the massive potential for energy production of offshore Great Lakes wind. As I noted then, the placement of wind turbines in the Great Lakes presented some challenges, both technical and legal. Those concerns, however, have not stemmed the enthusiasm for offshore wind development. |
