One of the federal government's top environmental scientists came to Muskegon on Earth Day to celebrate "recovery" -- both of the environment and the economy. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Administrator Jane Lubchenco visited the Grand Trunk Dock on the south shore of Muskegon Lake on Thursday morning to acknowledge the ongoing work to restore the shoreline. |
