Public asked to weigh in on lakes study

The public is being asked to weigh in tonight on a report about Great Lakes water levels produced by an international study board created by one of the region's oldest binational commissions. The International Joint Commission, which since 1909 has served the U.S. and Canadian governments as a mediator on shared water resources, will offer findings of its Upper Great Lakes Study Board at 7 p.m. at the University of Toledo's Lake Erie Center, 6200 Bayshore Rd., Oregon.
