Cuyahoga County Port Authority board needs to be smaller and focused on maritime issues: editorial

It's time to overhaul the board that runs the Cleveland-Cuyahoga County Port Authority. Most of the port's current problems -- lack of leadership; unrealistic planning; failure to resolve critical issues and the corrosion of its core maritime and economic development functions -- trace to the board's failure to exercise proper oversight.
