WATER: St. Clair River Bi-national PublicAdvisory Council

Members of the St. Clair River Bi-national Public Advisory Council (BPAC) have formed a working group to develop positions to pass along to negotiators working to amend the Great Lakes Water Quality Agreement.

Council members made the move at a meeting in Sarnia Thursday after hearing a presentation on the negotiations from John Jackson, program director for Great Lakes United.
