Huron-Kinloss Twp. will be undergoing a Great Lakes Restoration Initiative that will cost the municipality $100,900.At the Feb. 1 township meeting, council confirmed the submission of the joint collaborative project proposal to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency - Great Lakes Restoration Initiative Funding. Deputy Clerk Joanna Malott said the township is working on the project with the Great Lakes and St. Lawrence cities such as Toronto, Thunder Bay and New York. |
