Saving barrels for a rainy day

Janice Littlefield said it takes one good rain for residents to have a "rain water revelation."

The Port Huron resident is taking steps to spread that revelation by coordinating a rainwater barrel program through the Conservation and Restoration Network for Areas of Concern.
