Marina Plan Moves Forward Again!
An information package has been sent to all marina contract holders by mail today outlining the construction plans for Prince Arthur’s Landing and how it will affect each boater. “With the June withdrawal of the appeals to the Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendments, construction plans for the hotel, condominiums, and a range of commercial uses are now underway,” said Mark Smith, General Manager of Development Services.
